Undergraduate Studies
History
The Department of Theology was founded in 1986 and has been at the heart of Murus ever since. Its affirmations about reality, the human condition, and faith are distinctively Bible-based and Christocentric.

The Department of Theology was the starting point of many different institutions. The founder has asked that the school remain faithful to its doctrinal foundations for as long as the school should remain in existence.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Department of Theology at Murus is to serve the Church on the continent of Africa and the world by preparing its leaders, through a program of undergraduate and graduate theological education, based upon the authority of the inerrant Word of God, and committed to foundational biblical faith.
Philosophy
The department has defended the cardinal doctrines of biblical faith and has rejected ministry movements and philosophies that disparage these doctrines.
